Rental Requirements

Homeowners who choose to rent their homes are required to provide the following to the community manager within 30 days of execution of the lease agreement and prior to the tenant(s) taking possession of the property:

  • ​A copy of the fully executed rental/lease agreement
  • A completed Homeowner Lease Addendum
  • An HOA Renter Information Form

​Failure to provide all completed documents within the above stated timeframe will result in a fine of $100/month until they are all received​.
​

The homeowner is also responsible for confirming that no one listed on the lease or who will be living in the rental property is included on the Registered Sex Offenders list.

Rental agreements shall provide for a term of no less than six (6) months.

Homeowners should provide tenant(s) with a copy of the applicable parking map, as well as the Rules and Regulations, to ensure that tenants are aware of the Community Standards at Belle Pointe.  Any fines incurred would be levied against the homeowner's account.
