New for 2025! Belle Pointe has transitioned to professional community management services provided by Sentry Management.
A postcard was mailed in December 2024 by Sentry Management to homeowners notifying of the upcoming transition. Follow-up door-to-door memos were posted and e-mails sent to homeowners in January 2025.
Additional details, including how to access the new portal, submit maintenance requests, and pay assessments, have been provided. Payment coupons with instructions on how to pay arrived via mail to all homeowners from Sentry as of end of January. If you have not received your coupons by mail, please contact [email protected].

Please note: due to the transition, assessments billed and paid for January 2025 will have late fees waived.
