Architectural Change Requests

Townhome owners who wish to complete ANY exterior structural changes (replacement/installation of windows, storm/patio doors, fences, skylights, gutters, etc.) are required to submit an ARC form for approval by the Board PRIOR to any work being completed. Violation of this requirement may result in $100 fine as well as any cost to remediate unacceptable changes.

ARCs include specific requirements for each structural change. An ARC cover page should be completed and submitted IN ADDITION TO the appropriate ARC for the work being completed:
