Architectural Change Requests
Townhome owners who wish to complete ANY exterior structural changes (replacement/installation of windows, storm/patio doors, fences, skylights, gutters, etc.) are required to submit an ARC form for approval by the Board PRIOR to any work being completed.  Violation of this requirement may result in $100 fine as well as any cost to remediate unacceptable changes. 

ARCs include specific requirements for each structural change.  An ARC cover page should be completed and submitted IN ADDITION TO the appropriate ARC for the work being completed.

PORTABLE STORAGE UNITS/DUMPSTER requests should be made through our Community Manager for Board Approval prior to delivery: 
  • Acceptable only for moving or home renovation needs, not as additional storage space.
  • Board approval must be requested a minimum of 3 business days in advance of storage unit/dumpster being delivered.
  • The storage unit/dumpster must be placed in one of owner’s assigned parking spots, and owner is responsible for notifying neighbors as well as any resulting property damage.
  • Board must be notified for additional consideration if storage unit/dumpster is used for more than 2 weeks.
In the event of extraordinary circumstances, please promptly contact our Community Manager for consideration.

    Submit the below notification form if you have already e-mailed your ARC forms to Sentry.
    Please include your name, form type (ex. fence, gutters, etc.) & the date you e-mailed your forms to our Community Manager and the Board will receive a notification to check with Sentry to ensure it's on the review list.
